Hien Khai Canada Trading Co. Ltd established in 2019, arises as a sole supplier of aluminum extrusion in Canada. Our main products are aluminum alloys 6063 T4-T5-T6, 6061-T4, T6 and all of 6000 and 7000 series alloy ranging from Mill Finished , Powder Coating , Anodizing , Wood Grained Printing , PVDF Coating and CNC . We partnered with one of the leading aluminum manufacturer in Vietnam with annual capacity of production up to 120,000 metric tons , carrying over 40 aluminum extruding machinery , seven subsidiary powder-coating line , three Japanese technology anodizing line and a total of 2,300 employees. Our mission is to deliver fast , reliable service and high quality aluminum extrusion profile at a competitive costs.

Hien Khai & Mien Hua Group operates seven horizontal powder coating line with monthly production capacity of up to 2000 metric tons. We are PPG certified powder coater with certification for AAMA2605 / 2604 & 2603 standards and warranty of up to 25 years / 15 years and 10 years accordingly. We also offer powder coat from other brand such as Tiger , Jotun , Akzonobel and Bonds.

Aluminum is wonderful for its ease of fabrication and infinite recyclability, but it also is a highly thermal conductive material that rapidly transfers energy. Interrupting this transmission, we separate the interior and exterior framing members, creating a cavity, and then add an insulating barrier to reduce the thermal bridging. This improvement process, also known as “thermally breaking” a system, benefits all aluminum-framed fenestration applications – from single-family homes to skyscrapers.
We offer customers finished aluminum products with a choice of thermal barrier systems that include a polyurethane pour-and-debridge method.
