Hien Khai Canada Trading Co. Ltd established in 2019, arises as a sole supplier of aluminum extrusion in Canada. Our main products are aluminum alloys 6063 T4-T5-T6, 6061-T4, T6 and all of 6000 and 7000 series alloy ranging from Mill Finished , Powder Coating , Anodizing , Wood Grained Printing , PVDF Coating and CNC . We partnered with one of the leading aluminum manufacturer in Vietnam with annual capacity of production up to 120,000 metric tons , carrying over 40 aluminum extruding machinery , seven subsidiary powder-coating line , three Japanese technology anodizing line and a total of 2,300 employees. Anodized aluminum creates a surface that is 3x harder than standard aluminum, preventing chips, flake, or peel, even when processed to add colour. Due to the anodization process called controlled oxidation of the aluminum, the product will also never rust, fade colour and endure extreme weather

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) coatings are resin-based coatings that often have embedded color pigment particles. They must be applied to the aluminum product in a factory setting and can be used to create a wide variety of matte-finish colors.PVDF coatings are highly corrosion resistant, highly resistant to fading, and chemically resistant, making them excellent for exterior applications like aluminum wall cladding. They also don’t require an oven for curing and can be applied in a thinner layer than powder coatings. Finally, while it can be considered slightly more wasteful than powder coating, this aluminum coating does not contain any harmful VOCs.
